A Case of Huge Ovarian Cyst

Abstract

|
A huge ovarian cyst is rare to encounter nowadays.
We experienced a huge ovarian cyst weighing about 20kg, the volume of content 18 L,ascitic fluid 2.7 L in a 14-year old girl. We believe she is the youngest woman ever reported in Korea. Pathologic finding revealed multiloculated mutinous cystadenoma, borderline malignancy of ovary.
